WalkMe
In June 2024, SAP announced its intention to acquire WalkMe, a leader in digital adoption platforms (DAPs). WalkMe’s solutions help organizations navigate constant technology change by providing users with advanced guidance and automation features that enable them to execute workflows seamlessly across any number of applications. WalkMe helps organizations reach better adoption of the underlying application, helps companies drive value realization and increase productivity. WalkMe’s DAP works on top of an organization’s application landscape, detects where people encounter friction and provides the tailored support and automation they need to complete the job to be done, in the flow of work, across any application. 
As applications, processes, data and people are the four key elements of a successful business transformation, the acquisition of WalkMe is an important addition to SAP’s business transformation portfolio. WalkMe will continue to fully support non-SAP applications.

LeanIX
In September 2023, SAP announced its intention to acquire LeanIX. LeanIX is a market leader for enterprise architecture management (EAM), driving the modernization of IT landscapes and continuous business transformation. Its software-as-a-service solutions enables organizations to visualize, assess and manage the transition towards their target IT architecture. SAP Sells its Stake in Qualtrics
Silver Lake Management, the global leader in technology investing, and its co-investors along with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), has acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of Qualtrics, including all shares owned by SAP, at a purchase price of US$18.15 in cash per share. SAP will remain a close go-to-market and technology partner to Qualtrics, servicing joint customers and continuing to contribute to their success.

Recast.AI’s technology and capabilities are going to be used by both SAP’s digital assistant SAP CoPilot and chatbots across all SAP product segments.
