SAP Women in Tech Initiative
The tech industry still has a long way to in its journey go toward promoting gender diversity in its workforce and leading positions. SAP is a proud collaborator of many initiatives with missions to encourage women and girls to pursue careers in STEM. In cooperation with our partners, we organize events and inspire the next generation of women to engage in data science and pursue careers regardless of gender.
Digital Insights
Digital Insights offers youth-exclusive glimpses into tech companies, such as Microsoft Deutschland and SIEMENS, as well as school networks MINT-EC, SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT Deutschland, and Berufswahl-SIEGEL. It organizes three-day virtual events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, followed by community exchange and activities for event alumni.

SAP Next-Gen projects align academic education and practical experiences to enhance the digital mindset. Students work on real business challenges in cooperation with companies in SAP’s ecosystem. By using innovative methods and SAP solutions, students create high-level prototypes. SAP Next-Gen projects can be integrated into the study program as a semester course or graduation project.

42 Berlin
SAP is one of the proud founding partners of 42 Berlin. 42 Berlin is part of the global network of schools from computer science nonprofit 42, and it's the third location in Germany. The school has a new and revolutionary learning concept for the 21st century: 24x7 peer- and project-based learning. Everyone can apply regardless of age or previous experience. The school aims to provide equal learning opportunities for the next generation of developers. In addition, SAP is a supporter of 42 Heilbronn.
TUMO Labs in Armenia
Strategic collaboration between SAP and the EU TUMO Convergence Center empowers university students and recent graduates to understand and shape digital technologies. TUMO Labs helps bridge the gap between higher education and industry in Armenia. We recently collaborated to overcome challenges to innovation with SAP Innovation Center Network.
SAP Labs Munich at TUM
The Collaboration Lab at TUM initiates and supports joint projects between SAP and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Together, we support activities in applied research, knowledge exchange, and co-innovation. Our team organizes various events to gain insights into ongoing projects, scientific research at TUM as well as work and life at SAP.
Stanford University Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI)
SAP joined the Stanford Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) Corporate Affiliate Program. Joining forces with Stanford HAI reinforces SAP's commitment to building best-in-class Business AI that is ethical and trustworthy. The collaboration between SAP and Stanford will foster exchange between leading experts on the business side as well as with academia.
