Fair Pay is our foundation of competitive pay and pay for performance. It supports our diverse and inclusive culture through equitable compensation decisions, which are agnostic to personal characteristics. Our compensation framework and pay ranges create transparency, and we review them annually to ensure external competitiveness. We also conduct an internal pay equity analysis annually and implement pay adjustments for those in similar roles who experience gaps that fall outside of the acceptable spread. In our journey of Fair Pay, we follow an approach of “aggregate, don’t’ segregate,” so that everyone’s unique contribution is fairly and clearly reflected.
Embracing Fair Pay
SAP published its fair pay statement in 2022 to outline our efforts to create a culture of transparency, equity, and inclusion. In 2023, we doubled down on that commitment.
Fair Pay North America
SAP North America, influenced by the global Fair Pay Principles, takes it a step further to analyze key areas where more complex and difficult change must occur.
