SAP announces that its GROW with SAP premium subscription will include access to the SAP Sales Cloud and Concur Expense solutions as of July 15. GROW with SAP helps any size company successfully adopt cloud ERP, including a complete offering of solutions, adoption acceleration services, communities and learning resources.

 

SAP Sales Cloud helps customers improve sales processes, improve forecast accuracy and increase wins. Concur Expense helps customers unlock spend insights and optimize performance with this world-class expense management solution.

New Sustainability Solutions and Features Help Customers Deliver on Commitments

SAP announces a new set of sustainability tracking, monitoring and reporting capabilities embedded into the SAP cloud ERP portfolio. They are intended to help organizations steer their sustainability commitments and keep pace with global regulations:

  • The SAP Sustainability Control Tower solution features a new capability that lets customers automatically report on their available environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data, significantly reducing the amount of time and effort such reporting requires.

  • The SAP Sustainability Footprint Management solution features a new AI-enabled capability that increases the accuracy and speed of carbon footprint calculations by providing automated, intelligent emission factor mapping recommendations.

  • Both the SAP Sustainability Control Tower and SAP Sustainability Footprint Management solutions feature a new carbon calculator engine that lets customers address the full scope of required emissions reporting in alignment with universally accepted carbon accounting practices defined in the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This includes advanced and highly granular calculations of both product and corporate carbon footprints, integrating and leveraging cloud-based ERP data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other data sources. This will simplify customers’ data collection requirements in one data set, allowing them to reuse existing ERP data for calculations, and embedding carbon footprint results back into business processes to influence decision-making.

  • The SAP Green Ledger solution, announced at Sapphire 2023, will feature accounting of greenhouse gas emissions to ensure that customers’ business decisions are both financially and environmentally sound. This solution is planned to be available later this year.

Validated Partner Designation Helps Customers Find the Right Transformation Partner

SAP is making it easier for RISE with SAP customers to identify partners to help with complex SAP S/4 HANA Cloud transformations. The new RISE with SAP Validated Partner Designation enables customers to find partners with the deep expertise and experience needed for large, complex or multi-country RISE with SAP implementations.

 

The SAP Validated Partner Designation verifies a partner’s adherence to the RISE with SAP Methodology, which is designed to give businesses confidence they will be able to use the full potential of SAP’s cloud-based innovations after their implementations.

 

Following the RISE with SAP Methodology ensures predictable timelines for customer projects and project progress transparency via key milestone checks. The methodology is supported by SAP specialists who confirm it is applied from the discovery phase of a project through completion.

 

With more than 25,000 partners overseeing almost 90% of all SAP implementations, training and validating partners is part of SAP’s strategy to ensure consistency and quality for customers. The evolution of the RISE with SAP competency includes the new requirements for “advanced” and “expert” levels applicable to all partners.

SAP and Everstream Analytics Partner to Drive Risk-Aware Supply Chains

SAP is extending its collaboration with Everstream Analytics through the SAP PartnerEdge program. This collaboration will enable the integration of dedicated supply chain risk scores and information into SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain, empowering companies to quickly identify risks and effectively plan for a risk-aware supply chain.

 

Supply chain managers and logistics professionals will be able to:

  • Leverage real-time insights about events, risks and opportunities across their end-to-end supply chain processes to optimize operations and ensure seamless continuity in a highly volatile global environment.
